Phone: The house has no phone, but does have excellent cell phone coverage... we suggest you rent or bring a European or worldwide cell phone.

Security Deposit: 100 €

Terms and Conditions

After you request a booking, we'll send you a rental agreement, and request a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. Your booking will be tentatively held in your name until we receive the deposit and the signed rental agreement. The balance remaining is due one month (30 days) prior to your arrival date. After your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive directions to Casa Luminosa, and the name and phone number of the property manager in Italy (who speaks fluent English).

Check In ⁄ Check Out Time: Check-in is 4 pm Saturday, Check-out is by 10 am Saturday.

Smoking is not permitted within Casa Luminosa, but you may smoke outside.

While we enjoy our pets at our home, we cannot accommodate pets at Casa Luminosa.
